I instagramed the picture above a couple of days after using this product and It is very rare for me to love a product from the first use; the GlamGlow Super Cleanse Daily Clearing Cleanser (such a long name for a face wash )changed that. It is based on the Supermud Clearing Treatment which is targeted at problematic skin. After the hype on the GlamGlow Masks, I wasn't sure if the face wash would be a hit too.
The formula of this one is new to me, it has a creamy consistency that is grey and doesn't lather much even when you add water to it. You place it on dry skin, rub it in then wet your hands and wash your face as you normally would. The cleansing power of it amazed me from the first time I used it; it removes makeup and deep cleanses the skin without drying it out.
Now on to the packaging, it comes in a bottle with a built in pump which is what I prefer for all my skin care products. However, what I don't like about the packaging is that you can't tell how much of the product you have left because the packaging is opaque and you cant see the actual product in the bottle.
When I picked it up, I was going through my sensitive and acne prone skin phase, so I went for the GlamGlow Super Cleanse Daily Clearing Cleanser. However, it is available in a Youth Cleanse Daily Exfoliating Cleanser formula which woks to gently exfoliate, cleanse, and renew skin to create a more youthful-looking, glowing complexion and the Thirsty Cleanse Daily Hydrating Cleanser which aims at cleansing and hydrating skin - which will probably be the one I purchase next.
It retails at RO 15 which is expensive for a face wash but not only is it really good but it lasted over two months with my daily use - keeping in mind I only use it in the evenings. You can purchase GlamGlow products on asos.com or at a Sephora outlet.
